RUSSIA SUPPLIES ARTILLERY.
LONDON, 16TH NOVEMBER.
The Hazara tribes of Afghanistan, who have for months past been in active revolt against the Ameer Abdur Rahman, are, notwithstanding their recent defeats, again active in hostilities. It is reported that they have been supplied with artillery and ammunition by Russian emissaries.
