Latest news to hand regarding the troubel in Afghanistan states that the Ameer has ordered his agents to evacuate Wana and Wazaristan. He pleads that the troubles with the Hazara tribes prevents him, at the present, from fixing the precise date on which he will confer with Lord General Roberts on the question of the north-western frontier of British India and other matters.
